With a background in Fintech, hotel development consulting, real estate sales and investment, Vanessa brings a strategic approach to long term client relationship building and real estate deal making. 

 

Prior to joining Wyn Group, Vanessa worked as a Consulting Associate at EHL Advisory Services, leading hotel advisory projects in China and collaborating across international teams from Switzerland and India. Vanessa is also the founder of The Passionate Investor, a media platform dedicated to sharing investment insights and fostering a community of like-minded real estate investors. 

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. As a global citizen who has lived in three continents (New York, Paris, Shanghai and now Minnesota), Vanessa is fluent in English and Mandarin. She is passionate about leveraging her real estate expertise and culture sensitivity to create value-driven real estate opportunities for clients. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys figure skating, trying new foods and trotting around the globe.
