Having grown up in San Francisco/Daly City, CA, Osmund, also known as “Ozzy”, and his family later moved to Minnesota, where he began a variety of professional careers.

Ozzy comes from a 14 year background in Retail Pharmacy. In his years working in the Pharmacy industry, he has served the city of Burnsville and its community from the ages of 18-31, which has helped him develop a passion for helping individuals in need of better health. In addition to his pharmacy background, he also has a 20+ year background in Hip Hop/House dancing, which has enabled him to teach, compete, and grow a young, vibrant dance community in Minnesota.

Ozzy started in Commercial Real Estate February of 2020. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in Tenant Representation, which has enabled him to close many successful deals. The deals have been successful because they have brought two dance studios, a reputable beauty salon, a second location of a popular café, as well as a popular West-coast food concept to the Twin Cities.
